Spin & Give Fundraiser Planned for Dec. 1

Spin & GiveFor a second year, Spin & Give will raise funds and collect donations to support the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital and the Food Bank of Central New York. The event will take place Friday, Dec. 1, from 4-8 p.m., an evening of indoor cycling, yoga and black light Zumba at Archbold Gymnasium. Attendees will have the opportunity to try out any or all of the fitness activities with a donation.

All donations and proceeds will benefit Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital and the Food Bank of CNY! New unused toys, games, puzzles, art supplies, DVDs and pajamas will be donated to Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital (check out their entire ), while all non-perishable items will be sent to the Food Bank of CNY. All monetary donations will be divided between both organizations.

Open to all ϲ students, faculty, staff and guests who pre-register! Find more details and register at . Be sure to bring your ϲ/SUNY-ESF ID card to enter Archbold Gymnasium. All non-SU participants will need to pre-register!

Come roll, dance and pose your way into the holiday season with an evening of indoor cycling, Zumba, yoga, friends, raffles and fun! New to the spin bike? First time practicing yoga? No worries—this is an awesome opportunity to get comfortable riding at your own pace. It’s an even better reason to hit the gym with your friends before the holidays!
