The annual Ten Tons of Love collection drive will begin this Friday, May 3, and continue until Monday, May 13. Once donated, these items support members of the campus and local communities. To support efforts of addressing hunger and homelessness, the  will receive all donated clothing and household items. Collected non-perishable food items will support the Hendricks Chapel .
Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in the collection drive. Donation boxes will be located in most residence halls, Schine Student Center and the Goldstein Student Center. Donating the following items in good condition is suggested:
“Each year, the generosity of our campus is shown through the outpouring of donations,” says Joseph Personte, assistant director of the Office of Student Living. “As you’re packing up for the year, spring cleaning your home or even reorganizing your office, taking a few minutes to donate items can make a lasting positive impact for members of our campus and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ communities.’
