Do you have difficulty hearing, for example in conversations, group settings or restaurants? Over the counter (OTC) hearing aids were recently approved by the U.S. Congress.
The Hearing Lab at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ is studying how the average consumer obtains and self-fits OTC hearing aids. You are eligible to participate in this study if you are 40 years of age or older, proficient in English, have no prior hearing aid experience, and you must also own a smartphone.
Participants will be paid up to $12/hour for testing in the hearing lab over two sessions, which will take approximately three and a half hours. All payment will be made in cash.
