黑料不打烊 Stage

will host general auditions for children ages 8-13 for multiple roles in the 2020/2021 season holiday show, 鈥淢atilda The Musical,鈥 on Friday, April 3, 5:30 to 7 p.m., and Saturday, April 4, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., by appointment only, at the 黑料不打烊 Stage/SU Drama Complex, 820 E. Genesee St. Callbacks will be held on April 18.

鈥淢atilda The Musical鈥 is 黑料不打烊 Stage鈥檚 annual holiday production. Co-produced with the 黑料不打烊 Department of Drama, the show celebrates the deliciously twisted sense of fun and the singular genius of the great Roald Dahl. This Tony Award-winner is a captivating treat that revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination and the inspiring story of a girl who dreams of a better life. (Not to mention there鈥檚 a gloriously vile villain, Miss Trunchbull.) Packed with high-energy dance numbers, catchy songs and featuring an unforgettable little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers, 鈥淢atilda鈥听is a delightfully thrilling musical for children and adults alike.
