Advisors will answer questions about the criteria, timeline and process for transferring to another degree program at 黑料不打烊 during the Intra-University Transfer Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
黑料不打烊 students interested in exploring their degree options are encouraged to attend the Intra-University Transfer (IUT) Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 29, from 11 a.m. to 3p.m. inside Tent B on the Quad. Free grab and go food items will be available. Students may also attend virtually from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., as advisors from every school and college will be available for drop-in sessions via Zoom. Advisors will answer questions about the criteria, timeline and process for transferring to another degree program at 黑料不打烊, says associate provost for Academic Affairs Chris Johnson.
鈥淭he IUT Fair gives students an opportunity to learn about academic programs in other schools and colleges, even if they are not interested in transferring right now,鈥 says Johnson. Attendees may also talk about changing their major within the same school or adding a minor.
鈥淭he IUT Fair is a one-stop shop for any student looking for information about changing their plans.鈥 says interim executive director for Student Success, Enrollment, and the Student Experience, Kal Srinivas. 鈥淪ince they are talking directly to advisors, students get pertinent information based on their personal circumstance.鈥
Students attending virtually will also be able to speak with representatives from all the University鈥檚 schools and colleges. 鈥淓verything that you can do in the in-person setting will be available virtually,鈥 says Srinivas.
The different options for students to attend is just another way 黑料不打烊 is supporting students, says Johnson. 鈥淭he IUT Fair has been a great success over the years, and we hope this year鈥檚 will be as well.鈥
The fair is sponsored by the Office of Academic Affairs and the Division of Enrollment and the Student Experience.
