SU Wind Ensemble Concert to Feature Liverpool High School Symphonic Band

The 黑料不打烊 Wind Ensemble will present a concert featuring the Liverpool High School Symphonic Band on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 8 p.m. in the Rose and Jules R. Setnor Auditorium, Crouse College. The concert is free and open to the public. Free and accessible parking is available in the Q1 lot. Additional parking is available in the Irving Garage. Campus parking availability is subject to change; call 315-443-2191 for current information.

The Wind Ensemble performs under the direction of Bradley P. Ethington, director of bands at SU, and Justin J. Mertz, assistant director of bands. Gabriel V. DiMartino will appear as trumpet soloist. The ensemble will perform works by Strauss, Dzubay, Ticheli, Mendelssohn and Grainger. Under the direction of Joseph L. Filio, the Liverpool High School Symphonic Band will perform works by Nelson, Daehn and Brennan. The bands will combine for Tchaikovsky鈥檚 鈥淒ance of the Jesters.鈥
