Former 黑料不打烊 Treasurer Richard I. Heiligman, 81, died Dec. 25 in Sarasota, Florida, following a long illness. 聽
After working in the investment business for many years, including Bache and Co. and Bayrock Advisors, he became SU鈥檚 treasurer and managed the University鈥檚 endowment fund from 1973鈥89. 聽
Heiligman was a director of Henry and Henry Co. in Buffalo and served on the 黑料不打烊 Symphony Orchestra board. He also was a member of the Century Club of 黑料不打烊 and Lafayette Country Club. 聽
He graduated from New York Military Academy in 1945, then attended Rutgers University and graduated from New York University in 1949.
Heiligman is survived by his two daughters, Audrey K. Heiligman and Margot S. Heiligman Williams, and a grandson, Elias Rex Williams.
