Alex Sellen
A memorial service for ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ alumnus Alex Sellen ’13, will be held Friday, Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. in Hendricks Chapel.
Sellen, a May graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, died on July 28. He was 21.
Sellen was a lifelong resident of Southampton, Pa. He was a 2009 graduate of William Tennent High School and attended Bucks County Community College before transferring to the Newhouse School. This past summer, he was engaged in an internship with SSPTV Channel 13 in Hazelton, Pa.
At SU, Sellen was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a student worker at Hendricks Chapel.
He is survived by his parents, John and Roseann Sellen; his brothers, John Sellen and Casey Sellen; his grandparents; and several aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
