The ’s and the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE) are hosting “Helping Amaus Help Those in Need,” a supplies drive for Amaus Medical Services, Nov. 9-16. Donated items will be accepted at Room 340 in Sims Hall or 426 Ostrom Ave., Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m-5 p.m.
Though all donations are appreciated, Amaus Medical Services’ high priority needs include medical supplies, toiletries, baby supplies, socks, shoes, non-perishable food items and new or gently used cold weather clothing.
Amaus Medical Services at ϲ’s Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is a walk-in interim primary care facility for persons who are without insurance and with limited access to health care. For more information about Amaus Medical Services, visit .
