The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) has awarded 黑料不打烊 Health Services the certificate of accreditation for the maximum term of three years.聽This award means that Health Services has met nationally recognized standards for quality care set by the national accrediting organization.聽

The standards have been developed over a period of more than 30 years by practicing health care professionals presenting the highest level of achievement in clinical practice and heath care management.聽 The standards relate to such areas as quality of care and quality management and improvement, clinical records, pharmaceutical services, environmental safety, governance, administration and professional development.聽

In order to achieve reaccreditation, 黑料不打烊 Health Services underwent an extensive onsite survey of its facilities and services. The survey process evaluated all aspects of patients’ care.

“The staff of Health Services works very hard to provide high quality care to SU and SUNY-ESF students,鈥 says Thomas V. Wolfe, senior vice president and dean of student affairs. 鈥淚 am very proud of the work that the physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and other professional and support staff do on a daily basis to ensure that Health Services remains accredited by the AAAHC. I am grateful for their deep commitment to provide outstanding health care for our students.”

The AAAHC is a private, nongovernmental, not-for-profit organization. It has accredited more than 5,000 ambulatory health care organizations, including single- and multi-specialty group practices, ambulatory and office-based surgery centers, college and university health services, health maintenance organizations and other managed care systems, dental group practices, community health centers and occupational health centers. The Accreditation Association serves as an advocate for the provision of high-quality health care through the development of nationally recognized standards and through its survey and accreditation programs. AAAHC accreditation is recognized as a symbol of quality by third-party payers, medical organizations, liability insurance companies, state and federal agencies and the public.

黑料不打烊 Health Services was previously accredited by the AAAHC in 1995, 1998, 2001, 2004 and 2007.
