Designer tributes are the focus of a new exhibition presented by the communications design program in ϲ’s (VPA). “Icons: A Tribute to Designers That Inspire” is on view through Dec. 1 at the Design Gallery at The Warehouse, room 106, 350 W. Fayette St., ϲ. The show is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
The tributes were completed by pairs of students enrolled in the communications design class “Problem Solving Strategies,” taught by Professors Ken Hine and William Padgett. The exhibition was designed and installed in collaboration with the class and graduate students in VPA’s museum studies program.
