Office of Engagement Programs sponsors winter blanket drive

The Office of Engagement Programs in ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s Hendricks Chapel is sponsoring a blanket drive through Feb. 4 to assist people in need in the community this winter season.

Donations of new or gently-used blankets can be made in the Office of Engagement Programs or the Hendricks Chapel Dean’s Office, both located on the lower level of the chapel. Donations of 4 yards of fleece or funds to help purchase fleece will also be accepted.

The fleece will be used during a cut-and-tie blanket party on Friday, Feb. 4, from noon-3 p.m. in the Hendricks Chapel Noble Room. Members of the SU community are invited to come and help create blankets. Lunch will be served.
