The 11th biennial Public Management Research Conference sponsored by the Public Management Research Association will be hosted by the Maxwell School of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ from June 2-4. The conference, originally established by two Maxwell faculty members in 1991, has been hosted by nine universities since its conception.

The homecoming of this prestigious conference also represents a shift to a more international audience. Scholars from across the United States and more than 20 countries— including China, Australia, the Netherlands, South Korea, Italy—will present their public management research in 55 themed panels covering topics such as collaboration, network management, public participation, accountability, performance management, government contracting and partnerships, emergency management, and human resource management, among others. In addition, over 120 national and international universities and institutions will be represented.

More than 300 public management scholars are expected to attend the conference meetings and participate in discussions about how research can be used to shape the public management and policy agendas of governments and organizations around the world.
