The Rose, Jules R. and Stanford S. Setnor School of Music in the College of Visual and Performing Arts will present a concert of new music from faculty composers on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 8 p.m. in the Rose and Jules R. Setnor Auditorium, Crouse College. The concert was previously scheduled for Oct. 30, but was canceled when SU offices closed in anticipation of Hurricane Sandy.
On the program will be recent works by Daniel S. Godfrey, John Liberatore, Nicolas Scherzinger and Andrew Waggoner. Performing will be Setnor School faculty members Janet Brown, soprano; Harumi Rhodes, violin; Waggoner, violin; Caroline Stinson, cello; and Scherzinger, saxophones. They will be joined by Setnor graduate student Emma Logan on vibes and violist Eric Gustafson.
The recital is free and open to the public. Free and accessible parking is available in the Q1 lot. Additional parking is available in the Irving Garage. Campus parking availability is subject to change; call the Setnor School at 315-443-2191 for current information.
