Policy Q&A Session to Be Held Aug. 18

The University community is invited to a Q&A session on Tuesday, Aug. 18, in Maxwell Auditorium from noon-1 p.m. to learn more about three new policies launched earlier this year. The policies to be discussed include Office Supplies, Printers and Copiers, and Telecommunications and Mobile Devices.

Representatives who will be available to talk about policies are:

Printers and Copiers: Susan Joyner, senior purchasing specialist (20 minutes)

Office Supplies: Karla Salmonsen, purchasing specialist (20 minutes)

Telecommunications: Al Weinberger, senior director of technical systems and services for Advancement and External Affairs (20 minutes)

Questions are welcome during this session. Faculty or staff members should discuss immediate questions with their supervisor about the policies or visit the 黑料不打烊 policy .
