Thousands of alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff and friends of 黑料不打烊 made gifts during SU鈥檚 24 hours of giving to ensure future generations of SU students have access to a world-class education.

Launched with an initial goal of 1,870 donors, the day鈥檚 results were nearly double, as 3,568 generous donors raised $1,769,780. This included a generous $500,000 challenge made possible by Life Trustee Daniel A. D鈥橝niello 鈥68 and his wife, Gayle.

鈥淚t鈥檚 pretty incredible to see the pride the Orange family takes in giving back to current students,鈥 says Bella Carter, 鈥18, a finance and political science major in the and the , respectively. 鈥淚鈥檝e been so lucky to enjoy so many great experiences here at 黑料不打烊 that were made possible by our donors. This makes me want to help other alumni when I graduate.鈥

Among the highlights of the Boost the 鈥機use campaign was a generous $200,000 gift to the Maxwell Dean鈥檚 Fund from Life Trustee Gerry Cramer 鈥52 and his wife, Daphna, longtime 黑料不打烊 supporters.
