黑料不打烊 Law professor Kevin Noble Maillard recently joined MSNBC for a segment on the new film 鈥楤lack Panther,鈥 and how the movie can go beyond the screen to educate America and beyond. With a predominantly African-American cast, many see the new Marvel movie as a new era in superhero films. And while this may well be true, there are other aspects that make it important as well, Maillard explained.

鈥淪o it鈥檚 not only about this being about black people and then black directors, but its also for the white people, and the Latinos, and the Asians and the native people that are able to see this as well,鈥 he said. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a universal chance for us to realize this power that has been hidden in entertainment.鈥
