Most skills groups meet throughout the semester and focus on learning skills to use inside and outside of group.

The new Counseling space within the Barnes Center at The Arch welcomes students seeking assistance while respecting their privacy. Thus, students can focus on receiving what they need within a private setting.

Members of the Group Therapy programs meet weekly for 90 minutes with one to two staff therapists throughout the semester.
