WNYC New York Public Radio ran a feature on Artist in Residence Carrie Mae Weems entitled, “” Weems started the new project, “RESIST COVID TAKE 6!”, to focus on how “Black and brown people have been disproportionately impacted by COVID-19” and the connection with recent protests over police brutality and racial inequality.
