David Larsen, associate professor in the Department of Public Health at Falk College, was quoted by Business Insider for the story “” Professor Larsen has been leading the wastewater testing for COVID-19 at ϲ, in partnership with scientists from SUNY ESF and SUNY Upstate as well. “Tracking the coronavirus in wastewater provides a cost-effective method of understanding community-level transmission dynamics,” says Larsen.
