Lee McKnight, associate professor in the iSchool, was interviewed for the TechTarget article “.” Universal Health Services, an IT network for over 400 healthcare facilities, is the recent victim of a cyberattack that crippled the Fortune 500 company. McKnight, and expert in internet governance, believes that the “ransomware attack was not only premeditated but likely seen as lucrative” by the cyber-attackers.
