Shannon Monnat, associate professor of sociology and Lerner Chair for Public Health Promotion in the Maxwell School, was quoted in the Vox story “.” Monnat, who also co-directs the Policy, Place, and Population Health Lab at 黑料不打烊, says that many people no longer support Trump because of his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and instead are turning to Biden for leadership.聽 “The president has been asking Americans to deny what they see happening right in front of them. People are tired. They want to see some leadership and a coordinated national coronavirus response,” says Monnat.
