Kohn discussed the legality of Britney Spear’s conservatorship, stating, 鈥淸O]nce a guardian is appointed, the court is simultaneously removing the individual鈥檚 right to make that decision for themselves. If a court found that I lacked the capacity to make my own healthcare decisions, and appointed a guardian to make those decisions, I would lose the right to make my own healthcare decisions.鈥�
