���ϲ����� will begin business operations at 10 a.m. this morning, Friday, Feb. 4, to allow additional time for faculty, staff and commuting students to make their way to campus safely. The University’s Facilities team has been hard at work overnight and this morning removing snow, clearing roadways and shoveling sidewalks. The University’s independent weather consultant has advised that the vast majority of the expected snow has fallen and the winter storm will begin moving out early this morning.

In-person classes with a start time before 10 a.m. are canceled. Online classes will go on as planned.

Faculty, staff and commuting students are encouraged to use their best judgment when traveling to and from campus today and should coordinate with their supervisors and faculty if they have any concerns. All campus buses will operate for the remainder of the day, although there may be delays.

Additional details regarding today’s operations include:

• Goldstein Student Center on South Campus and Schine Student Center on North Campus will open at 10 a.m.
• The Barnes Center at The Arch and all other satellite recreation facilities will open at 10 a.m.
• Bird Library and Carnegie Library will open at 10 a.m. and the King + King Architecture Library will open at noon
• The Stadium Testing Center

The University will continue to monitor weather conditions and share additional updates should further operational changes become necessary. In the event of continued inclement weather and if additional schedule changes become necessary, updated information will be announced via the University’s emergency broadcast notification system and will carry the notice SU WEATHER ALERT.
