University Offering Free Homebuying Informational Sessions for All Employees

Buying a home can be a confusing process, but 黑料不打烊 faculty and staff who are interested in purchasing a home can take advantage of three free upcoming informational sessions that will answer any questions you might have about the homebuying process in the City of 黑料不打烊.

The , in collaboration with the , the and , is pleased to invite all University employees to attend one of the following sessions:

  • Jan. 28 from 9 a.m.-noon
  • Feb. 25 from 9 a.m.-noon
  • March 29 from 5-8 p.m.

Besides having homebuying questions answered by industry experts, attendees will also learn how they can benefit from the at 黑料不打烊 and hear about open positions available with the University.

鈥淭his is a great opportunity for employees. The City of 黑料不打烊 is vibrant and diverse and a great place to live,鈥 says Cydney Johnson 鈥77, G鈥96, vice president for community engagement and government relations.

The enhanced mortgage program is open to all full-time and part-time University faculty and staff members. It enables employees to finance up to 100% of the price of the home and receive the bank鈥檚 best interest rate.

鈥淭his program allows for more employees to find homes in both the east and south sectors of our city to purchase and live in great neighborhoods. The ability to purchase and renovate homes with support is so positive in helping increase home ownership and living in off-campus areas,鈥 Johnson says.

All sessions will occur in Community Room 016 of the Nancy Cantor Warehouse (350 W. Fayette St.). .
