A group of students from The NewHouse, a student-run advertising agency in ���ϲ�����’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, is one of three student teams out of 75 to reach the final round of the 2009 GM&U Marketing Challenge.

The NewHouse, ���ϲ�����’s student‐run advertising agency, will launch a series of events in the coming weeks of November to make its mark on the global campaign Hopenhagen.

Federico Subervi, professor at Texas State University-San Marcos’ School of Journalism and Mass Communication and director of its Center for the Study of Latino Media & Markets, will visit Newhouse on Thursday, Nov. 19.

Faculty and students from the School of Education graduate-level course EDU 614, “Composing Processes,” in the department of reading and language arts, will facilitate a community writing workshop at the Dunbar Community Center on Saturday, Nov. 7.

New York City-based public relations professionals will welcome 19 public relations and public diplomacy students from ���ϲ�����’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications during the Fall PR Benchmark Trip October 28-30.
